| I've tried to limit it to the academy players that made the jump and i've gone for Tomkins becauase although he has made some mistakes he has a bright future and has had an extended run of games. |

| Tough one but I think I've got to go with Sears as this seasons been a real break through for him and he looks very promising for the future. |

Out of all the young ones that have made an appearance this year it has to be Tomkins who has made the biggest impression. In my opinion he will be in the starting eleven regular next year. I will even put my next on the line and say he was the best defender in our team the last few games. Reckon him and Upson will make a good back line next year... even if the flanks aint that great!
Sears is a good player but think that people are going to expect great things off him too soon... hes young and weak... needs to find a bit more strength if he is going to make it in the premier league. |
