Well, Pearce is kicked out of the Man city job as he has failed to score a home goal since new years day. In my thoughts it was innevitable. What do all you think?

Probably the most expected football news I've heard for a while, I think they had planned to do this at the end of the season ages ago. I think they were hoping to line up big Sam so it'll be interesting to see if he chooses Man City or Newcastle.

Bound to happen weren't it. Shame though. I like psycho. Although management seems to have taken his aggressive nature away from him and made him miserable. Actually thats probably just manchester

Man City will never be happy whoever they have in charge. They sack managers like they're going out of fashion. Pearce hasn't had a great season - that don't make him a bad manager.
Pity the poor bloke who gets the job |

After reading todays News of the world apparently Pearce is off to manage Nottingham Forest. Some of their players are probably handing in transfer requests if they've heard that :D
